At Fit Feet Podiatry, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional care to every patient. To help us accommodate all appointments efficiently, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- 24 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- No-shows: Patients who miss their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
One-Time Courtesy Waiver
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. As a courtesy, each patient is entitled to a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee.
After this courtesy waiver has been used, any additional late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the applicable $50 fee.
